Welcome to Mountain Ragdolls. We are located in the stunning and picturesque Sierra Nevada Mountains of Northern California. In an old logging town called Portola. We proudly present exotic, multi-generational, non-medicated, chemical free colorful Ragdoll kittens bred to eliminate vaccinosis.
All parents have genetics tested to ensure your kitten is genetically sound with unaltered DNA. All Mountain Ragdoll kittens are raised in our home, where they receive the utmost care and attention. We emphasize the importance of health, temperament, and beauty, ensuring each kitten is nurtured in a loving environment. Our careful breeding practices focus on producing well-rounded kittens that are not only visually stunning but also exhibit the gentle and affectionate nature characteristic of the Ragdoll breed. Each kitten is socialized and familiarized with everyday household activities, preparing them for their forever homes. Multi-generational non-medicated, chemical free DNA
All Mountain Ragdoll Kittens are sold unmedicated (unvaccinated) to eliminate vaccinosis. All Mountain Ragdoll Kittens have not been exposed to chemicals. This goes down many generations. You are free to choose to vaccinate your kitten when the kitten joins your family. All Mountain Ragdoll Kittens are sold intact. All Mountain Ragdoll Sires and Queens have genetics tested to insure your Kitten is genetically sound with unaltered DNA.
How to pick your kitten
Watch to see when Mountain Ragdoll kittens are available. Fill out the Kitten Application. Let me know which kitten you are interested in. I will answer any questions you may have. Kittens are sold “First come, first serve”.
When are Kittens ready for new homes?
All Mountain Ragdoll Kittens are ready for loving homes at 10 weeks old.
How to pay and pick up your Kitten
-The only payment I accept is cash. No deposit is necessary.
-After we have talked and you have chosen your Mountain Ragdoll Kitten, we will meet in a public place in Portola, CA. (96122). I will accept your cash payment at pick up. You can then take your new family member home.
-I do not ship kittens.
-All sales are final, and we do not refund any monies paid at any time. We encourage our future kitten families to review all details and information carefully before completing a purchase to ensure satisfaction with their decision.
What will my Mountain Ragdoll Kitten know?
All Mountain Ragdoll Kittens are sold litter trained, eating hard and soft foods, accustomed to children, adults, large dogs, and older cats. They are also sleeping throughout the night. All Mountain Ragdoll Kittens are born and raised indoors and have never been outside. They are held, played with, and loved daily. Raised in our home, all Mountain Ragdoll Kittens know the daily activities of a household. You will be told the characteristics, personalities, favorite foods, favorite toys, etc.

honor system
-I do have the right to not sell a Mountain Ragdoll Kitten.
-After the kitten is sold to the buyer, the buyer is completely responsible for health, training, and/or emergency services.
-There will be no binding/controlling contract or paperwork to exchange. You are in full control of how you raise your kitten.

I started raising kittens in the 1980’s, focusing on producing non-medicated, chemical-free DNA kittens for families. Each kitten receives essential nutrition and care in a safe environment, ensuring they grow into well-adjusted companions. I prioritize their wellbeing through natural rearing methods, emphasizing genetic health and temperament. Daily handling and exposure to various stimuli prepare them for their future homes. I wanted to produce an exotic color of Ragdoll that was not common. With very selective breeding, I have produced many new colors for the Ragdoll enthusiast. Through responsible breeding, I contribute to the feline community by providing quality companions that embody health, beauty, and affection. My commitment extends through the lifetime of each kitten and their families.

Once in a while we have older kittens looking for loving homes. If you are interested in an older kitten, fill out the Kitten Application and under ‘Which kitten are you interested in’, write the name of the older kitten.
